For the type there should be a - between Winged Beast, so it's Winged-Beast. Good effect. The circulation can be something like 1st Edition or Special Edition. Pretty well balanced ATK and DEF. The picture could be better, though.

Isn't FT Fake Type? In that case you don't need to worry about the type so much.

"During your Standby Phase/When this card is Summoned/When this card is selected as an Attack Target/During your Battle Phase you may pay 1000 Life Points in order to destroy one of your opponent's monsters/in order to destroy 1 monster your opponent controls/in order to destroy the attacking monster after Battle Damage has been calculated"

Not always Ilan, it depends on when he or she wants the effect to activate. I meant the Bad OCG in that terms and gave him or her the option to choose.

 

EDIT: Well apart from the can/may thing, but really they're both the same thing in the end.

Would it help If I edited it and got a good pic cuz when I thought "Bird of Light" the first thing I thought of is a Phoenix.
