So far I have seen some pretty stupid stuff. Dark Magician of Chaos should be at 3, Exodia (Head and all) should be at 3, Charge of the Light Brigade, Raiza and Caius should be at 0. Ridiculous. Mark Howard is semi intelligent and seems to be the closet thing to Arm in there. Seriously, he's average, but thinks Oppression should be banned. He managed not to get jabroni slapped by me.
