Woke up early (actually didnt sleep at all, probably a bad idea), had brekkie with the guys in my team. did last minute deck prep and headed towards the R.S.L where the tourney was.

 

Round 1: vs Infernities

Great, first round and probably bout to be OTK'd out the door.

Game 1:

Summon Laquari, Set Dustshoot and Compulsory and end.

His turn, dustshoot his only monster (Beetle). His hand was launcher, launcher, barrier, starlight. He scoops.

Game 2:

He goes double Grepher (through Special Summon) sets his field with Barrier and 3 monsters. i've got nothing that can stop it, so i scoop.

Game 3:

I side, Nobleman of Extermination and Thunder King and 3 Crows

Won with Thunder King thanks to it's 1900 attack and me removing every monster in his grave with Crow.

 

Round 2: vs Machina

Game 1:

I go set dustshoot and end. I dustshoot his gorz and he ends with a facedown. MST his backrow (Torrential) and Rescue Cat into Secutor for game.

Game 2:

Every monster i summon, Smashing Ground. Every trap i set, Heavy, MST, Dust. I scoop after having nothing remaining while he +1's every turn.

Game 3:

I side Thunder King and Nobleman, not drawing either...Similar start to game 1 but i have Mind Crush as well. Hitting 2 smashing grounds with Mind Crush is fair Lulzy. He topdecks really lucky and Brain Controls me for game.

 

Round 3: vs Sabers

Game 1:

Summon Laquari, set 4.

He goes for Cat, i solemn. he scoops.

Game 2:

I side, Nobleman, Imps.

He goes Airbellum, 2 backrow.

I MST one and Nobleman the other. Cat into secutor, he scoops.

 

Round 4: vs Disaster Dragon

Don't really remember much, but it was like this for both games.

Cat, secutor, Herk. GB - test into Secutor another Herk. Game was really easy both times.

 

Round 5: vs Sabers

Game 1:

i go first, summoning Equeste and 2 backrow.

he goes heavy, cat into Darksoul and Airbellum. specs Faultroll. Syncs into Gottoms, specials darksoul with Faultroll swings directly, tributes to kill my hand. i scoop.

Game 2:

I side in Gemini Imps, Reign-Beaux.

similar things happened. didnt draw any cards i sided. I scoop turn 3 due to no hand.

 

Round 6: vs Macro

Game 1:

Herk first turn, dust his Macro. he scoops as he has hand full of spells.

Game 2:

I side Thunder King and Nobleman.

Herk once more along with Thunder King beat down. Noblemaning oppression for the win.

 

Round 7: vs Machina

Game 1:

This worked alot better than the first Machina. Dustshoot + Mind Crush = Game.

Game 2:

I side Nobleman and Thunder King. He goes for Machina Fortress beatdown, while i can't seem to draw any traps. I try make a comeback while on 800 LP. He tops Brain Control.

Game 3:

This was a good game. I was on 2400, him: 8000. Secutor into Herk and a comeback from there. He had no monsters and only basic spells that were useless.

 

Round 8: vs E-Heroes?

Game 1:

I couldnt gauge what the deck was cause it was random, but everything i did, it was negated or answered.

Game 2:

No idea what to side, i decided to go with Nobleman and a Crow for his Miracles. Similar things happened like the first game. Dark Bribe all my traps, Prison and other removal for my monsters. I also officially hate Snowman Eater.

 

Overall not to bad. Finished 52nd from 240.

 

Won some World Championship Sleeves but the trades i got were what was worth it.

Dustshoot + Mind Crush is really game x D and Snowman Eater is very annoying. And he is even more annoying because of the fact he is Water!!

You sided in TKRO in almost all important games. Maybe it is time to try maining it. The same goes for Crow, though he is not as good as TKRO in the main.

Oops, it was X-Sabers. i checked the deck, nothing real different. was a tad luck sacky.
