The thing is it can send it self and Summon it self at a small cost, the discarded card could even be level 2 or lower monster and summon it again if i increased the level it gets overpowered, no?

 

this + PSZ(or any level 2 tuner) = instant Level 7 Synchro.

this + (any level 1 tuner) = Goyo or Brionic.

Nice idea.

 

I don't know if you intended this but it looks like if it is used as a synchro material monster it's resummon effect will miss the timing ala peten the dark clown.

 

To avoid ruling issues, perhaps change the resummon effect to not work when sent to the hand or deck or have it only work when the card is removed from the field while face-up. Otherwise you have this effect activating when raiza the storm monarch targets it while face-down for example, which is bad.
