I think what people will remember it more for will be nukasyu's hacking/double accounting backlash of annoying revenge spam, if he has hacked some other people's accounts he's probably trying to take down as many YCM members as he can, or they are just his double accounts added another reason to why he should have been banned a long time ago, hope he doesn't do a lot of damage to others if he is hacking accounts.

Yeah, I remember HORUS and his bans, although I don't remember the thing with Gist or Johan, but I do remember the whole Sart-Star conflict. Sart's bans were pretty memorable to me, I still think Chaosever's ban was the most memorable, though, or at least the ban of "Wow, It's Actually Not Gist XD". Still, Static's ban(s) also on the list of "Most Memorable Bans", too. :lol:

Ah, welcome back my friends, it is a new month and now I must utilize the ban thread once again. Just so you know, the first post of this thread has been updated to tidy up the bans from January, and I plan to do this at the end of each month, and then the end of the year, and start all over again.

 

Recently, you'll notice that Miranda_Cosgrove14 has been repeatedly badgering me about a number of things, starting with a negative rep I gave him (or her?) on the 27th of last month for Miranda's noticable bumping of threads before the thread has been inactive for 24 hours:

I will publish a chain of PMs and other quotes below to explain the sequence of events (spoiler added for easier viewing and named after "The Lathem Diaries"):

The first PM was sent at 6:02 PM my time (AEST), and my reply sent at 6:09 PM AEST, so one would hope the entire issue had been and gone in those 7 minutes. The next day, on the 29th, Miranda made the following reply:

 

sorry, my bad. it wont happen again.

 

I did not bother to make a response to that PM, which was sent at 4:01 PM AEST. The day before though, I had been making some of my usual banter, this time in the "Post a picture of the REAL you!" thread on page 45 (linked), but eventually spilled onto later pages. Azuh and OldMaster had commented on a double post by Miranda_Cosgrove14, I will quote the important in the follwing sequence:

A few more posts followed the last quote, but are of little relevance, so thus I will now show the large sequence of PMs that followed. Remember the above took place on the 28th, the most recent reply to the PM took place on the 29th at 4:01 PM. This PM was sent to me at 4:04 PM AEST, yes, just three minutes later:

Despite knowing this all along, I just played along with it, and sent this at 4:16 PM (12 minutes after receiving the PM):

Here's where it gets ugly, Miranda, who probably realised after further reading of the thread, sent me this complaining about my avatar at the time. You can mind out more about this (oddly) now legendary avatar here. The following was sent to me at 4:18, 2 minutes after my reply, and the following PMs took place not long after each other (to save typing, these were all entitled "Re: [No Subject]", and took place on the 29th unless otherwise stated):

With no end in sight, I decided to get some backup for my claim that nobody really cares about my avatar, and created the "Was my last avatar inappropriate" poll, and sent Miranda the following PM:

The poll' date=' which showcased both my "Free Porn" avatar and my new avatar (which has since been replaced), proved almost inconclusively that most people do not care. Only "darkhearthero", "Miranda_Cosgrove14" itself, and "Silencerleader" voted they were offended, but only Miranda said anything in the thread about the avatar iteslf. The other 92% of voters, so, the other 39 voted they were not offended.

 

So, that would've hopefully been the end of that, as the poll was closed on the 1st of February, but no, that same day, Miranda_Cosgrove14 again tried to spite me by changing it's user title to "Peeing on Frunk's footsteps", I negged it for it, and the following sequence took place (these are all reps, and are all negative):

 

"Peeing on Frunk's footsteps" - Oh, that's charming. Learn to take a hit, you wimp.
Cant you take a joke? im making fun of the members who say "following in whoevers footsteps" thats immature.
Revenge-repping is against the rules. :?
"Peeing on Frunk's footsteps" - Oh' date=' that's charming. Learn to take a hit, you wimp." Oh, and thats not revenge repping? so ignorent.[/quote']

 

After read that last one, I realise I let this go to far, but I must also add that, no, "Peeing on Frunk's footsteps" - Oh, that's charming. Learn to take a hit, you wimp." was not revenge-repping because it was not in response to a PM. If you read all this, I hope you enjoyed it.

 

 

 

Thus, after all that, Miranda has been banned for 1 month for rules broken and sepcified below. If he/she dares to double account, it will be upgraded to permanent:

 

Member: Miranda_Cosgrove14

Reason: Repeated double-posting, illegitimate bumping, backseat moderation, revenge-repping, rep abuse, profile abuse, ignoring of moderator's instrictuons, poor conduct, insulting of a moderator, flaming, trolling.

Rules Broken: Rule 3, Rule 4, Rule 5, Rule 7, Rule 8, Rule 16, Rule 17, Rule 20, Rule 22

Ban Length: 1 month

Banned by: Frunk

Additional Punishment: None at this time.

Further Information: Double and triple posting reported by "The Slime Lord" via rep system. Flaming accusation was from the post made against OldMaster in the thread where the argument began. Trolling was against mine and Azuh's softcore spoiler-conversation. If a double account is created, the ban will immediately be upgraded to permanent.
