Once per turn, you can sacrifice all of your Destruction counters to deal damage directly to your opponent by how many counters you sacrificed x100.

Yes! You can't summon them, and they DON'T have ATK and DEF. Also, after you write the name of the counter, write: Max. ? (the ? standing for hover many you think he should be able to have at once). And make sure that the Max. ? is in parenthesis! So it's (Max. ?)

Didn't take time to read your whole post, just the first line, and its "1 or more Machine-type (not Type, type) non-Tuner monsters"
