Way too expensive, and frogs arent a good monster group to base youre deck on, since they are usually very weak. i have cards like those, and they suck. sorry if im being too negative, but its like i said.otherwise your side deck is great, and id rate the whole thing a 5 out of 10, and about 80 since it includes Obelisk... You don't need them and they are probably 2-3 times more expensive than the rest of the deck. @Pika: The only unnecessary monsters are the 3rd Des Frog and the 2nd Beelze. Everything else is needed.
