Catterjune
It's left arm (on the right side) bugs the hell out of me... o_0 Oh, also discuss where to place this on the list. I think it deserves to be at 0, and probably most will disagree. Discuss.

Mr. Judgment Dragon
@3. Self-searchability is not broken. The problem is that it can do it over and over again. Stratos is fine where it is.
CrabHelmet
Surprise! I think it should go to 0 too.
burnpsy
What makes it too broken to stay at 1?
Catterjune
@3. Self-searchability is not broken.I disagree. It makes Stratos an easy floater, and with 1800 attack it beats out most gadgets in terms of attack. Coupled with the fact that it can search a plethora of different cards, the fact that it, itself is searchable with RoTA (should be at 3) and Emergency Call (lol) make it a problem at 3. At one, it's an easy +1 that can be reused, depending on how long you can keep Ocean on the field and how many Warrior Returning Alive you run and such. CrabHelmet
Short answer: Stratos at 1 is actually very similar to Stratos at 3; used purely as a super-Gadget, the difference between the two doesn't arise at all until two full turns down the line, when you don't have a third card to Normal Summon. Bear in mind that Stratos has four critical properties simultaneously: high ATK (so it kills stuff), instantaneousness (it gets its effect when Summoned, not when it kills something or is killed or anything like that), floating (so it pays for itself), and versatility (with the widest Archetype-specific search pool in the game and the s/t-destroying option). Almost no cards have all of these advantages.
Chaos Pudding
Put it to 0. Too tired to reason, besides the fact that all the good stuff is already taken.
GenzoTheHarpist
Could be at three. I don't think being a super-gadget is that bad, it's not like the gadgets themselves are broken. Sure this is stronger than gadgets, but that's just an Ookazi vs Sparks sort of argument.
Sephiroth_The_Legend
i would prefer it at 3, but if this had to go to 0 for ROTA to make a return, then so be it.
Mr. Judgment Dragon
i would prefer it at 3, but if this had to go to 0 for ROTA to make a return, then so be it. RotA should be at 3 regardless. If a target for it is banworthy, it should be banned. Since when did peope suddenly decide that Stratos should be at 0? Did something happen to it during the time I wasn't playing or something? Sephiroth_The_Legend
i never though that. i figured it was fine at 1, considering how the D-Hero Engine died and barely anyone uses E-Heroes anymore.....

I too think it is acceptable at 1 and have for pretty much ever. Being able to search itself like a super gadget itself is unacceptable. Limiting it solves that problem and at 1 all it can do is search a Hero or work as a Righteous Justice with legs. That doesn't seem like much of a crime to me. El-Rrey
Right now, i know only see it being played in Light Duals!! Puting him to 0 would weaken the deck a lot!!It's nice as it and shouldn't be at 3 regardless!!

TheTurtleOnceCalledGod
This at 0 would destroy whatever hope is left for e-hero and d-hero decks (including variants, uses of draw engines that were already massacred by the banlist, or zero). Still, its too good, so it probably should go to 0.

Not the case if said card isn't actually banworthy in which case the Deck or Deck-type should be allowed to use it.
.Gideon.
Why the hell would it be at 0 while sabers, infernities, and frogs are out there slaying every single deck in the game ? There are lots of cards that should go to 0 because they are broken and game-killing, and stratos is not one of them. @ 1 is perfectly fine

Mr. Judgment Dragon
Says the guy toting around JD... What kind of balance is milling 4 cards? I'm not stupid. I know JD is banworthy. As I've said since forever, JD is an easy to summon field nuker with deck dedication requirements that are no where near enough to balance it. LS aren't bad without it. Having it just makes them better. That's all. I think I've made my position on Stratos clear enough in this topic.
Zauls
Shouldn't be at 0. It doesn't create anything big any more. Back in the Tele-DAD era, this deserved to be @1 because it was run in Tele-DAD and set up a big draw engine. But right now, I think it is fine @1. Mehmani
Put it @0 and put RoTA @3. Killing this for a splashable card to be brought back is worth it.
