Scrap Dragon5. Effect Veiler In my opinion. Of course, Konami for some reason could place some of these cards at a low rarity, so we don't know yet. This is why I'm bringing my friends to get the packs as well. In other words, it would be kinda like getting 20 packs of cards that I would have to share with. The most I could see that as is $25, unless by some miracle scraps reach meta (lolno).
