I looked into it.Apparently this was a special surprise for people who entered this contest and won t-shirts..I think it's a sneak peek of the actual fight to come.I'm not sure, but I heard that was the whole OVA, but I could be wrong.Nothing's certain at this point, but the music during it is said to be the next Shippuden ending.I think this is a teaser for the epicness to come..But Naruto needs to win..
