Why do/did people think this is/was the best level 4 tuner?
-Berserker-
Is a tuner beatstick without drawbacks. That can be considered good...
Blackwing-Master
This+Summoner Monk=lv8 synchro. remove both for simorgh.Doesn't get under bottomless like Magician. Not bad, but not the best. I use it in my Flamvell/AM as another lv4 tuner and it does help.
Dr. Cakey
Is the only Lv4 Tuner with a useful effect (besides Debris Dragon, which is stuffed with limitations), and has the second highest ATK (and Tuned Magician is awful). Since Magician can be searched and recruited easily, while this can't, it's better. Oh yeah, and it also dodges Bottomless, which this doesn't. Hmm that is a good point for Simorgh... but still I find ducking Bottomless (especially when you are synching Stardust anyway) is most important
Toffee.
Everybody mis-read this card's effect, and through it was the same as Hyper Hammer Head, back on Wc09. Little did they know, it only works on cards like Marshmallon

OmegaWave
I side this for people who use battle immune monsters. Other than that, there are other tuners that do it better. WIND has always been a neglected Attribute. They don't have much SS support going for them besides the Herpie Ladies.
Darkest Hour
it's a secret rare level 4 tuner with...the burden of being WIND. It gets hit by bottomless. Wouldn't use it since I don't play Dark Simorgh.
Expelsword
WIND will be the new DARK one day... Wind Armed Dragon******* WINDThis card cannot be Special Summoned except by having exactly 3 WIND monsters in your graveyard. You can RFP 1 WIND monster in your Graveyard to return 1 card on the field to the top of the owner's deck. They should have a topdeck for every attribute

I'm not saying it's better then Magician, buyt it has it's benifits like the Simorgh one i mentioned earlier.Heck, I think Magician is better anyways. Get's under bottomless, rekindlabe, ands others mentioned before.
