WE COULD HAVE HAD A AWESOME LOCK! MORE BETTER THEN THAT SIMORGH ONE! IMO AT LEAST! Disgust one of my favorite cards. Why is it my favorite? evilfusion
Hm, an 1100 normal monster that can either stop traps or stop spells if you have another specific card. And if it dies, the negation card dies, too. This is the very poor man's Jinzo/Spell Canceller back in the day. Jinzo and Spell Canceller are better. Sephiroth_The_Legend
needs to be in SUPER dedicated build to be of any use.... otherwise, i summon monster with 1200 atk and win.
♥ ЅϯᵲåώӀӞ℮ᴙʀɣ−ɴɨɨ−ƈħåɴ ♥
Let's activate the Talisman of Spell Sealing, then Summon Jinzo, then activate the Talisman of Trap Sealing, and then somehow remove Jinzo from the field (while Sealmaster Meisei is still on the field). Same thing for having the Talisman of Trap Sealing, then Summoning Spell Canceller, then activating the Talisman of Trap Sealing. Same thing. Awesome useless and redundant play for no apparent reason. But I'd do it for fun :3.

Even though it'd fail terribadly, at least you'll have fun doing so.

Flame Dragon
I want to know what the R&D people were thinking about when they made this. Really, I just don't get it. If they wanted to do something with this card they should have put a lot more effort into it. Meh, just another example of how they can't follow though. burnpsy
The support cards contradict eachother... :/ Anyways: Summon Meisei Activate Talisman of Spell Sealing Activate Imperial Custom/Fake Trap while removing Meisei from the field somehow (Synchro fodder, Tribute fodder, side-effect of Swing of Memories, etc). Voila! you have a card that negates all Spells. Just don't summon another Meisei for the rest of the duel. ...Who am I kidding? Horus >Spell Sealing, Jinzo > Trap Sealing. -Griffin
People clearly don't know the amazing ruling. If you have both supports, then you choose which is active. Opponent uses spell? "Those are negated right now!" Uses Trap? Negate that too! Want to use any of your own s/ts? Go ahead, they aren't negated! (ofc, this is probably misinterpreting the ruling, but it's awesome anyway.)

Anyhow, this is one of the worst cards Konami has ever made. They intentionally created this guy to negate S/T yet failed. How could they fail on something so simple? evilfusion
It's not possible to have both active at once. I have Sealmaster on field, a f/d Talisman of Spell Sealing, and a Talisman of Trap Sealing in hand. If you activate Talisman of Trap (no chain), you can't activate Talisman of Spell, period, because you can't activate Traps. IF you DO chain, Talisman of Trap negates the effect of Talisman of Spell. They'll both be faceup, but only Talisman of Spell will be active. They aren't simultaneously negating each other.
-Griffin
evil, you activate them both by activating Trap Seal, then chaining Spell Seal :3 Then invoke this: If you have "Talisman of Spell Sealing" and "Talisman of Trap Sealing", the controller can select which effect will be applied. If both players have both, the turn player chooses which effect is applied.[1]

But by the rules of a chain, Spell Seal resolves first and negates faceup Spells. Thus negating the Trap Seal. ...that "ruling" breaks the logic of the game. It's impossible to activate both simultaneously.
