Zeaux
Was searching for old cards and accidentally found this one. It is simple, but pretty bad ass IMO. Modified the OCG a little. Tell me. OP, balanced or UP? Jaedumuth
I'd carefully suggest adding a Level because of the crippling results the effect has on the opponent, if this card is played right. Other than that, I like this one. 7/
♥Łövëły-Ċħän♥
o.O Bad ass yush. Balanced. It makes the duel more fair. You dont control spells or traps, your opponent cant play spells or traps. Its a more balanced Bamboo Shoot. With it's attack low, it'll be easy to trample especially since you cant really defend it without Spells or Traps which if you do, your opponent will be able to use them too.
I'd carefully suggest adding a Level because of the crippling results the effect has on the opponent, if this card is played right. Other than that, I like this one. 7/10
Adding a level wouldn't balance it, it'd be more UP. It's effect restricts your actions as well. This card can easily be trampled my thousands of cards.
Zeaux
If you compare this to Bamboo Shoot, it is actually UP, since Bamboo allow you to control a Spell or Trap Card and this one not. Anyway, thanks both of you
♥Łövëły-Ċħän♥
Yea, which is why I figure he's balanced :

Jaedumuth
Look, I don't compare cards (because I don't know many cards ), and maybe you're right. This effect just sounds a little crippling to me, and I wouldn't want my enemies to have this card.

Eternal Duelist
I like this card, Its balanced since your opponent can still set and if you do activate a spell from your hand then your opponent can counter since you would then be controlling a Spell/Trap. Nice work 9/10 However you used an existing card's image for this card so i have to deduct 1/2 of your points ;~; 4.5/
Dr. Cakey
Frognarchs. This would make Frognarchs Tier 0. Outside of that...it's hard to abuse since you can't control any Spells or Traps...but on the whole, I'd suggest picking one or the other and sealing only that. Then I suppose it could have a counterpart that sealed the other. I don't give a crap if you steal a real card's art, especially if it's a card no one cares about. I love that card! :/ Well i guess i love it more for the pic than anything but.... Anyway. The effects intresting, Useful and short. Not sure bout if its OPed or UPed... I dont know what to rate this, im guessng you didnt know the pic was form a real card so ignoring that 8.5/
Phantom M.C.
its balanced, if you can't activate spells then your opponent shouldn't either :3 9/
Icy
Continuous Effect = No countering its effect Activating Spells on your Turn = No Spell or Traps On the Field Effect itself is not penalizing to whoever is going to use it, that I assure you. The only saving grace this has is the Low Stats which makes it horribly easy to run over.
TheMan
Well this card surely helps the one who controls it. It says when you don't control, but you can still activate tons of great Spell Cards that are not Cont or Equip Spell Cards. I would really use this one . 9/
Zeaux
Never know that this picture was from a real card. I made this like a year ago... Thanks for the comments peoples.
Assuming you were referring to my post: (Just to clear up to anyone who might have misunderstood my post) When I said Counter I meant like activating their spell/trap not counter as in counter trap card (since his effect doesn't start a chain). As for the second sentence: When you activate a spell card wouldn't your opponent be able to chain to its activation seeing as how you would then be controlling a spell/trap card, therefore neutralizing Blizzard Master's effect?
