Lonk
Well, it stops 1 turn Synchros and heavily slows down decks. Discuss.
Thomas★Zero
still it doesn't stop dawn from boosting bora's ATK to 3700 and stabing the crap out of you >_>
evilfusion
It slows them down, but hardly cripples them. For that reason, a vulnerable continuous Trap that offers no genuine benefit past the first turn or two is not really worth the deck space. It would probably hurt the SS-happy Infernity the most, and slow down Sabers, but otherwise, it can be worked around too easily, especially since single S/T destruction is going to boost in popularity after the list. El-Rrey
Dust Tornadoes and MST laugh at this! Seriously, meh card, that's all.
Dr. Cakey
I suppose it depends on what "one-turn Sychros" you refer to, but... Firedog -> Magician -> Level 8 works Monk -> Magician -> Level 8 works Junk Synchron -> Level 5 works CyDra + Level 1-3 -> Level 6-8 works Blackwing -> Gale -> Level 6-8 works Doesn't slow stuff down as much as you think.
Two summons, not 2 special summons. The normal summon counts to the limit, so once you've got your tuner and non-tuner you run out. Canadian
This really is trash. If it was 1, it would be so much better people even may say it's broken. Funny how making it 2 sucks.
Manjoume Thunder
Chain this to Derbis, Salvo or Quickdraw. Win card games.
Zauls
Possible side tech against Quickdraw or Infernities? Depending on what Deck you have. Could work all right with anti-meta. Still not brilliant.
Darkest Hour
"As long as this card remains face-up on the field, both players can only summon or set one monster per turn." should be the effect.

Well, I'd say the problem is that it hits mediocre decks a lot and good decks not so much. It's harsh toward Infernities, but Sabers, Blackwings, and so on are too quick and too strong to have much of a problem from this. Quickdraw just lol's at this. 3 Ryko, 2 Caius, etc. really don't care about one little Continuous Trap.
Great Unclean One: VK
No. Just no. Too slow and can only cripple certain decks.
