You are already rating decks etc... from 1-10. The only difference is the range involved, and more centralized towards duels and cards. and you are saying you cannot even undertand that? The question is not asking FOR a number from 5-350. It's asking IF... you can rate from 5-350. as in, not to give a number, Just tell us you CAN judge that way. I cannot easily believe in a middle ground, but accept compromise. Also, Neither. It a "I am frustrated this argument over such a simple thing happened in the first place, and that I am too busy to continue this" so...
