FuFu for 3 Jinzo Returners, CyDra, and Jinzo, get 3 Jinzo's. You now have 3 Darks. Summon DAD and destroy anything that is a problem, attack for 10000.

OR

Foolish Synchro Fusionist, Summon Junk, grab and Synch for Androiad/Junk Warrior/Catastor, get FuFu, dump for the above, 9600 damage possibly coming at the opponent.

No and judging by the way this ruling is worded, you can send the Jinzos and Returners and summon a trio of Jinzos by Jinzo - Returner's effect. You don't miss the timing with Future Fusion because the Effect of Summoning the Fusion Monster doesn't occur until 2 turns later.

Future Fusion => Dump 75 Machine-Type monsters => Overload Fusion => Limiter Removal => Philopsher's Stone Sabatiel (copying Limiter)
=> Philospher's Stone Sabatiel (copying Limiter) => Philiospher's Stone Sabatiel = (75x800) = 60000 x 2 = 120,000 x 2 = 240,000 x 2 = 480,000 ATK.
and attack into Magic Cylinder.
