Sliver King
It's Time Twister just that it doesn't start the new graveyard. Anything that resembles Power 9 should be banned in yugioh. Except Pot of Greed. As for Cyber Jar, he is one trollsome dude. Both are equally bad. inb4yugiohzgotzmox. 123hriwu3beofuf89383y
How about this for a game-reset: Reseter ************ LIGHT ATK 0 DEF 0 Both players add all cards from there Removed from play pile, Graveyard, Hand Deck and Field into 1 Deck. Shuffle that deck then both players place Half of the Deck in the Deck zone. Both players Draw 5 cards and gain life points until the life points Reach 8000. Darkest Hour
This card makes the game stupidly absurd. If you flip it on your turn, your opponent loses their entire field and graveyard. You get 5 cards in your hand and everything back into your deck. Seeing how any good player would've hit the opponent's life points at least once, that means they are free to summon something, hit for free, and possibly OTK the s*** out of them. Sleepy
At the very least it doesn't time warp you back to your Draw Phase so that this doesn't abuse Book of Taiyou and the like.
-Berserker-
I suppose it can only use it's effect once, because it will not return itself to the deck if flipped and destroyed by battle...

[/quote] It does. It returns both Graveyard and field. That said, it doesn't matter if he dies or not from the flip.
-Berserker-
But flip effects resolve during a moment while the monster is not considered on the field anymore but is still not sent to the graveyard, or that's what I understand...
