The ATK of this card cannot increase with the effect of Spell Cards. Increase the ATK of this card by 700 for each Machine-Type monster on the field, excluding "Gigas Machine King". When this card is sent to the Graveyard, you can send 1 other Machine-Type monster you control to the Graveyard as well to Special Summon 1 "Machine King" monster from your Graveyard excluding "Gigas Machine King".
Continue or no? o_O... Sleepy
Speaking on balance, originality and such, I'd say they sound fun to play with. I find: Machine King Perfect Machine King Machine King Prototype Machine King 3000 B.C. + your 2 new versions. We have 6 different "Machine King" cards, each of them at a max of 3 per Deck. That said, your Hero is good with a max of 11400 ATK. (NOT overpowered, its kinda hard to move them around to the Graveyard).
for each "Machine King" in your Graveyard < this means only the exact first original "Machine King", others are excluded. for each "Machine King" monster in your Graveyard. < this means all monsters with "Machine King" in their name which is what I think you are going for. for each "Machine King" card in your Graveyard. < I recommend this one so that you do not exclude the Trap Monster Machine King 3000 B.C. just in case.
Why would Someone Normal Summon Gigas? Well, its because there is a chance your opponent might not destroy your Hero by a card effect, knowing you have Gigas in your hand. I find it good that you can Normal Summon it despite having specific Summoning conditions =D Its not a nomi or semi-nomi but something I don't think I've seen in other cards. That gives it originality points. If I get it right, You Summon your Hero with at least 3 "Machine King" cards in the Graveyard for over 2000 damage via direct attacks each time. Your opponent will be forced to destroy with a Trap or something it to get saved at some point. Then you Summon Gigas. I would love a Deck like that Further suggestions from me would be... For Hero's effect that removes from play a Machine-Type you control for it to attack directly I suggest changing it to "discard 1 Machine-Type monster" as the activation cost. Machine Kings are a little undersupported, so I imagined that would help them more. You don't have to go through the trouble of Summoning an extra Machine to use as cost every time but you still have about the same cost, which benefits its ATK boost and prepares the Graveyard for Gigas in a faster way. It just occurred to me, 3 Gigas, 3 Perfect Machine Kings, 3 Machine Kings 3000 B.C., and 3 Heros would make an awesome Deck. You use Trade In to discard your Level 8 monsters and keep drawing for what you want. When you pull that combo, you send a Machine King 3000 B.C. Monster-Trap you just activated/Summoned in order to cover for Gigas' cost and revive your Perfect Machine King. If you ask me, I'd say.. continue it. I would like to see some Spell and Trap support ^-^ I like the idea and wish Konami would do something like this often (suddenly give support to cards from this era) Bandit Kid FTW x3

Just Crouton
Add a "dump 1 "Machine King" card from deck with you Summon this" to Hero. It makes the setup for it's direct attack less annoying.
