Flash Flyer - Sakura
Lore: 1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner Fairy-Type monsters This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Synchro Summon or by its own effect. When this card is Synchro Summoned successfully, you can look at the top 4 cards of your Deck. If there are any Level 4 or lower Fairy-Type monsters among them, you can Special Summon up to 2 of them. Return the rest to your Deck and shuffle it. When Fairy-Type monsters you control attack, they gain 300 ATK during the Damage Step only. If another Fairy-Type monster you control is designated as the target of a Spell or Trap Card, you can destroy this card to negate the effect of that card. If you use this effect, Special Summon this card during your next End Phase. - - - Image credit goes to Jazin Kay's archive. Anyway, please comment and rate.
Hmm, this card seems like it could be fairly effective support. The only problem it has is that it's a General Tuner, making it way to techable. Especially if you have 3 of these. You could Synchro them up with each other in order to Fairy Swarm and with a Fairy Tuner Deck along with some revives, you could endlessly swarm. It can also be used in this fashion to create the barrier if 3 of them are out at once. Other than it's Techability, very nice support card. -puppy eyes for review of my Assassins-
Flash Flyer - Sakura
I suppose switching the requirements around might work a bit (Fairy-Type Tuner + generic non-Tuners). And perhaps making it so you can only control 1 of this card. Thx for commenting.

I will say this though: Combine this card with Freya, Spirit of Victor; Counselor Lily and Nova Summoner and you could do so nice swarm damage. Might I request a review of my Assassins? Flash Flyer - Sakura
^I'm designing some Tuners so maybe one of them might just support this card^ I'll look at your set, but later on.
FTW (For The Wynn)
I want to break down the effect somewhat for this. For the first part, I would reduce 4 to 3. As to why, even though it would be luck, it is quite possible that you could grab a tuner and a non-tuner and that would be a double synchro summon. I would limit it to 3 to make it more of a balanced gamble. As for the next effect, gaining 300 ATK for a fairy type just doesn't really do it for me. Since it is a Synchro anyway, and they tend to OP'd no matter what, I would change that to gain 300-500 Life Points per successful attack. That fits more with the whole fairy thing IMO. Finally, last effect is a limited Stardust, which is fine. Other than that, I've seen the pic before but it fits with this, so it's fine. OCG is fine from what I saw. Seems balanced for a Synchro. I'll save a rate for when you finish with your support cards. Good job.
Lord Smeagle
It's got a long effect, part of that effect resembles Morphtronic Celfon, part of it resembles Stardust Dragon, and most importantly, two sets later, you could potentially use this card to synchro for a Polar God. I love it! 9.7/10.

crossader
Agreed with FTW, you should change the card so you can see 3 cards only instead of 4 because of how easy can be a Synchro Summon this way. 9/10 (Change that small detail and you get a 10 from me, promised >=3)
Kuri
Seems like an armored Stardust but I like it. Why I called it armored is because of the added effect and it also has Stardust's effect. Card gets a 9/10 Now faries will have a pretty good synchro monster that's easy to get out and with a stardust effect

BT
OCG fix: 1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner Fairy-Type monsters This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Synchro Summon or by its own effect. If another Fairy-Type monster you control is selected as the target of a Spell or Trap Card, you can destroy this card to negate the effect of that card. If you use this effect, Special Summon this card during your next End Phase. Great pics... 1 OCG erroronly 9/
