Everybody just runs A Legendary Ocean for the tiny ATK boost; the presence of a card named "Umi" on the field and the Level reduction are completely worthless. Just today i lost 2 duels in a row thanks to this, it bounced my Splendid Venus and in the 2nd duel it bounced it again the same way, no kidding!
