You can tribute 1 Level 5 or higher monster to destroy all monsters your opponent controls equal to the tributed monster's level.

OCG fix:
[b]When you activate this card, you must destroy 1 Level 5 or higher monster you control. Then, you can destroy monsters your opponent controls equal to the Level of the monster with the highest ATK on the field.[/b]

I think its overpowered. Synchros make it easy to have high Level monsters out. You just destroy 1 and use the other's ATK to make a Raigeki. Also, if negated you won't loose anything because Tribute=Cost, but your card doesn't Tribute but destroys, which cannot be a cost and therefore, is also protecting the Level 5 or higher monster you are giving up if negated.

Or you can use monsters that like to be destroyed, like Sacred Phoenix of Nephtis (that would be fun but probably not that useful xD)

I suggest it affects only face-up monsters OR face-down monsters OR have it get a limit of about.. 2 monster that it can destroy OR have the first monster it destroys be Tributed instead... Either of those 4 suggestions work, I think xD.
