Nobleman VS Crush?

Recommended Posts

Personally, I like Shield Crush more too.

Also, I don't get how people like Nobleman more than Shield Crush.

Nobleman removes face-down monsters from play both on the field and deck. Yeh, so? What if it face-up? Shield Crush immediatly destroyes it regardless if it is face-up or face-down. And that player draws the same effect monster that was send to the graveyard earlier is most of the time very small. And Nobleman can be a dead draw too if your opponent has no face-down monsters.

NOBLEMAN IS WAY BETTER.

it removes the moster from play, and rapes flip monsters.

how many times do you get face up defense position monsters?

you may say "well what if marshmallon gets flipped up, and you dont have shield crush?"

use fissure, smashing ground, enemy controller.

its that simple.

nobleman ruins strategies, disallows your opponent to Call or Premature it, and usually allows for a good attack.

Max, its rare you'll hit MoF with Nobleman and have to remove your own. MoF is used in very few decks.

for those of you saying there arent many Flips that are good in more than 1, try Crystal Seer, Old Vindictive Magician, and Gravekeeper's Spy. all very good cards, all pretty often run in meta decks.

agree with horus...

NoC is way better... removes from play so less monsters on grave = less monsters to use pot of avarice, for example... also, what is better? send opponent's treeborn frog/sangan/disc commander to the grave OR remove opponent's treeborn frog/sangan/disc commander??

note: machine decks used to have dekoichi, also the most common flips are MoF, crystal seer, old vindictive magician, gravekeeper's spy and penguin soldier (yeah, the penguin is still used!!) and some cards that are commonly played face down are apprentice magician, swarms, sangan, d-hero fear monger, DDWL and don zaloog...

Nobleman of Crossout can eliminate Marshmallon before his effect activates (assuming it's a face-down monster) and it can do the same thing to Spirit Reaper however if you play Shield Crush, Marshmallon would have to already be face-up thus his effect was probably activated upon Flip Summoning and it's easy to destroy him. Spirit Reaper, on the other hand, could be destroyed pretty easily too but basically ANY spell/trap can do that thanks to his effect.

Final Analysis:

Nobleman > S. Crush (Not by far though)
