Lord JZ of the Enigma Posted December 8, 2010 Report Share Posted December 8, 2010 WOW, you have sure gone up from last time I saw, I see your doing LockDown Dragon with Tyrant and Horus also, on the F.G.D. Thing, he's a good beatstick, but he's mostly for getting your dragons in the grave anyway, I actually only think you need a Monster Reborn and a Call of the Haunted(both are legal at the same time this format) for now, as a "Just in case" for a Red Eyes, I like this build just be careful of Horus' limits and Tyrant's downside effect, which I think you aren't worried about anyway. Now then another main focus I have, your deck is pretty much all heavy monsters (lv 6 and up) which you alleviate with Decoy, Totem, and Cost Down I understand but if you don't have those, you'll be pretty open, So I suggest adding some strong lv 4 Dragons such a, Red-eyes Wyvern (works amazingly if you use Future Fusion with him and Darkness Metal), Blizzard Dragon (Hard to find I admit, but he can be useful) and Mirage Dragon (to Negate Traps during the Battle Phase, ALL OF THEM) Of course I think your smaller monsters are still very important so maybe some Masked Dragons could help bring them out (I'd run two since you don't have that many 1500 and lower monsters) with the big monsters I say Prime at 1, Red-Eyes at 3(duh lol), the Horus's as they are, Tyrant at 1, Tiger at 1, and it hurts to say it, but no Blue-Eyes....ow, that actually hurt to say..... anything else, just go ahead and PM me again Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Lord JZ of the Enigma Posted December 8, 2010 Report Share Posted December 8, 2010 Not really, Hopeless deals more with Dark Dragons, this one is more of a Lockdown deck as it is meant to stop the opponent's Spells (Horus) and Traps (Tyrant, Mirage, and Dragon's Bead) Darkness Metal is literally only in their for "just in case" making him only slightly less important, I like the concept of the deck as it's not like a hopeless Dragon Deck(which I feel is just another Dark Armed knockoff deck). I personally run a Dragon Soul Deck(Meant to be more for fun but still competitive) and looks alot like a Blue-Eyes build.(just something I felt like stating, pay no mind to this in your deck making decisions) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
