I am now making the contest available to everyone!
Rules:
1. you must start off with less than 100 cards already made in the set.
2. the cards cannot be half arsed (like just a name and a picture done).
3. the pictures have to at least be halfway decent

well, UP is still ok, it's just OP isn't very ok, so just tone down the OP'd ones a little bit
and from your reasoning you gave, i think Pidgeotto can be a little bit better, i mean come on it's Pidgeotto, i think instead of once per duel it should be "Once per turn if this card is selected as an attack target, you can negate the attack." or something like that, that isn't a broken effect at all, if you think that is OPing it, look at Shield Wing, that card can't be destroyed by battle 2 times per turn and it's a level 2

Attack, Special Attack. They're both the same thing in Yugioh. Dark Magician doesnt have 2500 because he can punch really hard. (Lol)
Don't make up your own types please. Instead of Poison for nidorina, use Beast instead.

Yes but since i was basing the ATK of the stats of the pkmn i had to usually average out the two attacks to come up with the ATK. But since some pokmn don't use a lot of either attack or sp attack (for instance, Butterfree only learns sp attacks through level up), there were times that i only used one or the other because other wise that pokmn would be up or op. As for fake types, read the effects of Charmander, Bulbasuar, and Squirtle, and most f the other pokmn for that matter. There is a reason why i had to create fake types.

What are you smoking? It has base 109 SPC. ATK. Not high enough to qualify for a 3200 ATK.
Charizard's SPC ATK with a beneficial nature and EV/Iv trained is only 317. I went to Serebii and gave it every possible benefit it could get to SPC. ATK. 317.
Would you like to try to prove your case again?
Even with ATK, when I gave it all possible benefits (Even though it's unlikely that a pokemon would have these benefits), it only got 293.

Charizard itself is seriously not a good pokemon. At all.

Also, Charizard is the 68th highest SPC. ATK. 68th. That gives him 3200? God. What's Deoxys? 5000?

Di you not just look at the link a gave you? Charizard has better base stats than Blaziken and most of the other pokemon in existence (besides legendaries). And i can't believe you just called Rollout a strong Attack.

Porygon-Z in my opinion is the best with Sp. ATK

And you don't need to make fake-types. That's why the have real types. Bug=Insect (DUH!) Fire=Pyro, Grass=Plant, Electric = Thunder, Flying= FREAKIN Winged Beast, water=Aqua, Ground=Rock

Beasts should be Beasts. Reptiles (Such as arbok and Ekans) should be Reptiles.

Sp attack? I'm talking in that he's better in terms of overall stats. Fine, i'll tell you how i came to the ATK and DEF of the monsters: first, i assumed all pokemon were level 10 (good, round even number), then I looked at the ratings of each pokemon at the link i gave you and did this: 0-59= Min, wild, - attributes stats; 60-69= Max, wild, - attribute stats; 70-79= Min, trained, - attribute stats; 80+= Max, trained, - attribute stats. THe ATK equaled the Attack or SP Attack of the pokmn x100, depending on which kind of ATks the pokmn used most. If the attack types the pokmn used were relatively even, I simply averaged the two attacks together and multiplied it by 100. The DEF equaled the two defenses averaged out x100. I got the stats with this link http://pokemon.marriland.com/statcalc.php . Hope this clears things up.

Nidoran F and Ekans are the same type (Poison), but if I uses real types, they are different (Beast and Reptile). Se the problem here? I don't like fake types either, but i felt that it was unfortunately necessary.

dude, 3000 is like the base of "Strong ATK" in yugioh, making a monster above 3000 means you have to put at least 1 drawback on it, for example a summoning condition, Life Point cost to attack/stay on the field, etc. but sometimes, 1 draw back ins't enough to keep a monster balanced
put Charziard below 3000 plz so your other pokemon cards won't be f***ing OP as s*** lol

and Charziard isn't that great, i mean yeah, he's cool, i admit that, i like charziard too, but would i use him competitively? no
if you ever make cards like Dragonite, some of the legendaries, or the other semi-legendaries it's probably going to be super OP if you keep Charziard's ATK as it is now isn't it? lol

generally monsters with 3000+ ATK are OP unless it's a thing like Obelisk where it requires 3 tributes to Normal Summon him and even if he gets special summoned he only stays on the field for a turn.

and btw i love sandshrew and sandslash, so it would be awesome if they get a lil bit more powered up, as it is now, i'm sad face
reasons they are UP: they only have draw backs, their stats aren't great for the Draw Backs they have,
Sandshrew's ATK should be 2100 or something if your gonna keep that effect, i mean seriously? there are monsters like Gene Warped Werewolf (level 4, normal monster, 2000 ATK) nowadays, so if your gonna make Draw Backs like this, you gotta make it a bit better lol, 1800 is a very low ATK for a monster with Draw Backs. i mean just look at Chainsaw Insect, 2400 ATK, 0 DEF Level 4... and the Draw Back doesn't destroy it or anything lol, and can be useful for card effects such as Appropriate

see you gotta think more if your gonna make Draw Backs to your cards

and Sandslash, yes it has ok stats, 2700 on a level 6 is pretty good, but it really isn't hard to kill that lol.. u gotta put a beneficial effect on it and decrease the ATK depending on how good the effect is or just raise its ATK to 2800-2900 or something
