Its pretty hilarious how they removed the part of the effect that Special Summons it during the End Phase. No. Tier 1 is a deck that could probably win a YCS. Tier 1.5 is a deck that could possibly top a YCS. Tier 2 is a Deck that can top a regional pretty easily, Tier 2.5 is a Deck that could possibly top a regional. Tier 3 is a Deck that could top a very bad regional if lucky. Everything else is jank. [/quote]Anime counterpart was summoned with summoned with a beast non-tuner, and, as stated above, to prevent more generic synchros.
