Drakospeed
Not sure why barely anybody hasn't posted in here, but these cards are good! OCG is perfect from what I've seen, and there is a large variety. Not to mention that the guys at Valve are my favorite game designers. I play L4D and TF2 way too much. lol

Catterjune
Why are 1-10, the original TF2 cards so awful? Like... considering they violently kill each other and such, it's pretty obvious they can't be that close, but... seriously, look at them. TF2 Demoman is a terrible version of Giant Germ. TF2 Engineer is a terrible version of Dandylion. TF2 Heavy Weapons Guy is just a 6 star 2000 attack guy. He's not just bulky. He has high attack too. Medic raises defense, which I guess is literally what the medic does, but that's a Useless effect overall. Why not "once per turn, this card and another card can't be destroyed" to simulate his Ubercharge? Spy is awful. Sniper is pretty cool. Why are Pyro, Scout and Soldier vanillas? 2-Fort is overpowered to hell and back. I think one gimmick that would have made the TF2 cards much more fun would have been to give them effects similar to Venom Swamp. A counter on opponent's cards that lowers their attack and/or defense, and once it reaches zero their monster dies. Simulates how they can shoot at each other and continue fighting, but once their HP hits zero they die. 11- 20: "This card is used to Special Summon any monster with "Spy" in it's name from your deck or your hand, you also mus tribute 1 TF2 Spy from your hand or your side of the field." I can sac TF2 Spy for Gravekeeper's Spy or Spyder Spider? Also, your OCG is awful. "This card cannot be set or Normal Summoned, only Special Summoned." The OCG is awful here too. Why does the disguised TF2 Spy's stats change? His HP doesn't change when he disguises himself, and neither does anything about him except what he looks like. Spy's effect should have been like a backwards Mark of the Rose. Stays on your field for your battle phase, jumps to opponent's field on their turn. Probably also is useless, for your opponent, no tribs, no attacks, etc etc. Ubercharged - No one gives a damn about defense in a game based on attacking. It works in TF2, because the higher HP, the more damage you can take, the longer you can stay alive, the more damage you can inflict. In Yu-Gi-Oh, defense is not analogous to HP. ... However, that might have also been an interesting gimmick for them too. Transfering their defense points to their attack points, and once their defense reaches zero, they go to the grave or something. Maybe they can only do the attack increase when their being attacked, and then they go back to normal. Like... Scout is being attacked by La Jinn (1800 attack). You use it's effect and it climbs to 1999 attack (and 1 defense) and you win the battle. Then Scout goes back to being 1000/1000. Sentry - Sentry isn't just a slab of metal. It also shoots. Hell, I've seen an engineer with a level 3 sentry and wrangler keep an entire team at bay. Granted, I'd not like to see such an overpowered thing, but I don't wanna see the exact opposite. Headless Run and Headless Horseman - Useless vanilla 21-30: Bonk Energy Drink - It's Axe of Despair, only terrible. Also it's called Bonk! Atomic Punch. Also, he's clearly drinking Crit-A-Cola in the picture. Also, Crit-A-Cola is the one that increases the damage that he can inflict. Bonk! Atomic Punch makes him unable to be damaged. How about that instead? For three turns, Scout can't be destroyed by battle or by effects? Dispenser - The way it's worded, I can gain infinite life points and have a high defense on all my TF2 monsters, since it doesn't say once per turn. Frying Pan - It's Axe of Despair, only terrible. Jarate - It's Shrink, only terrible. MEDIC!!!! - It's Reinforcements of the Army, only terrible. Resupply Locker - It's only usable in a TF2 deck. All TF2 monsters are warriors. It's Solidarity, only terrible. 31-40 Sandvich - It's Axe of Despair, only terrible. Scout's Double Jump Sub-Graph - ... That's actually pretty clever. However, that should be Scout's effect or something. Otherwise it's kind of implying that everyone can pull off the double jump, and... pretty sure the Heavy can't double jump. Sentry - ... Wasn't there already a card called Sentry? The Spoy - It's Reinforcements of the Army, only terrible. Viking Helmet - It's like Axe o- Wait, defense? Lol, it's worse then all of the others. > > 41-49 What's with the cow? - It's like Security Orb, only terrible. Respawn - It's like Warrior Returning Alive, only terrible. Uber Pyro - You didn't include a defense on this one. Also, it's terrible. Uber Spy - Vanilla. Terrible. Uber Medic - Terrible. Uber Engineer - If you're running a TF2 deck, you're not running Machine types. Old Nick's Christmas - ... Why would you want that? Medieval Mode - Hell, 2-Fort is better. =\ tl;dr - You didn't really capture the spirit of TF2 IMO. It's like, here's some warrior types and some cards that work with them, but the cards that work with them also have generic versions that work better. Also, none of them even work together (It's TEAM Fortress, not Single Person Fortress) except for the uber charge fusions but... meh, why? In short, there's no reason to run any of the cards, when I could just vanillas of comparable attacks and stats and it'd be the same. I played L4D but don't know it so well, so I'll skip to Portal... just not right now.

Catterjune
Thanks for your comment, but you didn't have to be too rude about it.
I know, that's why I wasn't rude at all. Onto the next one. When ever I see "sets" I always assume that it implies the cards are somehow connected. I mean, I prefer it not be a Swamp Battle Gaurd - Lava Battle Gaurd thing where it's just attack and defense increases, but sometimes it's not even that. So we come to the Portal Set. Literally, what is the point of Chell, the robots, and the Portal Gun? >_> Chell and Atlas and P-Body are vanillas. The Portal Gun just increases their attacks and summons one useless token. The bots + Body Armor might be kind of fun though, you'd need a 6000 attack beast to take down P-Body so he's not gonna go down by battle, most likely. So... onto individual cards... Portal Turret - Ryko does it better. The only thing it really has going for it is it's low attack which lets it be Machine Duped and lets it increase GLaDOS's attack. GLaDOS- It seems the only way this deck can win is to get GLaDOS on the field and bumrush for game, but even then she only has 2 ways to power herself up, the cores and the turrets. So basically, it's a 5 card combo (Chamber, a level 8 monster, GLaDOS herself, Turret, Machine Dupe) to get a 3000 beatstick on the field (and 3 500 attack mons). Incredibly uninspired. Not to mention taking out a turret hurts GLaDOS a lot. Spheres - I'd say Machine Dupe for this too but as with all Unions "A monster can only be equipped with 1 Union card at a time." which really kills the playability of the deck. Smashing Ground or Caius or Raiza would wreck any GLaDOS deck. Companion Cube - Royal Decree The Cake Is Not A Lie - As far as I can tell, only one card RFG's in the entire set, but it's support for Atlas and P-Body which aren't worth running compared to GLaDOS Aperture Lab - Attack Increase cards are the lowest form of card making IMO. If you're a decent player, Solidarity does it better. Also, this card further goes to highlight how useless Chell is in all of these. Still Alive - Still Alive should revive GLaDOS, not just make her more difficult to be destroyed... but w/e. As for the card itself, it's like Mist Body, only terrible. It's Portal Science - It's like Mirror Wall, only terrible. Portal Testers - "Remove from play 2 Warrior-Type monsters from your to Special Summon". ... Did you even bother to this card? It seems to imply the set should have a lot of other Warriors at the ready but it doesn't. It's just Chell. Which makes her all the more useless if you're gonna slap in stuff like Maurading Captain or Exiled Force or E-Hero Stratos. Portal Gun - I mentioned this somewhere else but an attack increase and summoning a useless token isn't impressive. Wheatley - Wheatley would be just about the only reason to create a Chell-Centric deck. Summon Chell. Summon Wheatley. Machine Dupe. Draw 3. The way it's effect is though right now it has awful OCG. The effect of "you can draw 1 card from your deck once every turn" is like... yeah duh, that's what your draw phase is. I assume you meant "in addition to your draw phase" but if not, then Chell goes back to being a useless card. Roll Carriage - The only real reason to run the bots and even then it's kind of... iffy. Really specific body armor that only works on two cards. Unless you focused your deck on summong them (most likely P-Body) this card would be useless. So then, what would a good Portal Set do? Well, the title of the game is Portal. The game is largely solved by portals. >_> I don't think Chell and the gun should be seperated. And the "Portal" cards should be two continuous spell, a Blue Portal and an Orange Portal. Summoning Chell would let you search your deck for a Blue or Orange Portal continous spell (ala Stratos) and then, should you have the counterpart in your hand, you slap down the other Portal. It'd be implied Chell can side step attacks by jumping through Portals, so her effect would be something like "If Blue and Orange portal are on the field, you can make the next attack a direct attack on your life points." or something like that. The rest of the deck would be Spells and Traps involving the techniques she uses. Re-directing attacks (like the rocket turret in her final battle with GLaDOS), jumping to the opponent's side of the field and attack directly (with the proper spell card of course), and possibly destroying monsters (with the Aperture Science Emergency Intelligence Incinerator she used to euthanize her faithful companion cube). As for Glados, I think she'd more then likely be the one to screw around with the playing field. Unstationary Scaffolding to send opponents monsters back to their hand. Emancipation Grid to lower attacks. Etc etc. ... And this is all without getting into the tricks Portal 2 has, with the Borealis Experiment, the Hard Light Bridge, the Excursion Tunnel, the Propulsion Gel, Repulsion Gel, Conversion Gel, Aeriel Faith Plate, Thermal Discouragement Beams, or Penumatic Diversity Vents.
Meh, don't make them to my liking. =\ I mean, they're your cards. Just... my own thoughts and opinions and such. If I were to make the set... that's probably how'd I'd make it. If Defense is supposed to be like HP for TF2 people, it'd be funny if they could swap Attack and Defense, or add defense onto their attack, or could "hit" the opponent's defense for it. Portal... needs more focus on portals. Yeah, set cards should like... work together or share a similar gimmick or something. *shrug*
