I really like the deck, but I have 2 problems with it. The first problem is its lack of full card names. The second is that it is OCG. Nothing against the OCG, it's just that most noobs who come to this site are TCG players. An OCG noob most likely won't know English....

For infinite budget blackwings, I believe this is a better build than the current one.

I have two things to say about your deck.

 

The first is that your deck is worse. You are lacking many good Spells and you use some bad Traps.

 

The second is that you are using your IRL build when the purpose of INFINITE BUDGET is to post a build for when you are playing on an online dueling system/win the lottery. So if you only have two Dualities IRL and want a third one in your deck IRL, you post that here. We won't know that it isn't your build IRL, nor will we care either way.

 

The third is that you would neg an Allure for a Duality when you have bad cards you could take out.

 

The fourth and final thing is that your Extra lacks good amounts of Blackwing Synchros.

 

The fifth is that you replaced the word "Barrier" with the word "Boundary".
