burnpsy Posted November 7, 2010 Report Share Posted November 7, 2010 Glow-Up Bulb makes no sense if you know its anime effect. If you don't, then the only think that has it make less sense than Grow-Up Bulb is that it's a Plant. Honestly though, the art DOES have said plant glowing, so either one works. Basically, the not-really-a-nerf from the anime version removed the part where it grows in the grave, and the card art shows the upper half as visibly glowing.
