Ok, so it's effect is sub-par, but like we didn't expect that. However, just like Konami, is has a fan flippin-tastic picture and pretty good name (I think so atleast). In fact, I <3 the pic so much it's my avi, so awesome...

This effect is awesome. Being able to Trunade each turn renders a good deal of your opponent's traps useless and it makes synchroing much safer. I run 2 in my Ice Barriers and she works wonders. She and Dewloren end games.

The effect is not very good, but I like the picture...

This is a classic example of underpowered card design, by placing too many limitations on the effect. For example, Breaker has no limitations on its effect, except that it can only be done once (effectively). Limitations for Dance Princess Temple Dancer of the Ice Barrier Boundary are:
-Control ANOTHER Ice Barrier monster.
-Have ANOTHER ANOTHER Ice Barrier monster(s) in hand.
-Return ONLY Set cards.
-Return cards instead of destroying them or something.

Of course, compared to most Ice Barrier monsters, this is Judgment Dragon.

The first two limitations are just par for the course in Ice Barriers. It's not really a problem in an Ice Barrier Deck.

I do wish I could return face-up Spells and Traps though.

Yeah, I don't even consider the Ice Barrier Synchros to be Ice Barrier monsters.
