If you don't have a Draw Phase, then the effect would theoretically continue until you do, such as cards that apply during the Standby Phase, but don't if you skip it. But this applies UNTIL your draw phase. Hmm... EDIT: Ruling says no? Good. 2) It does NOT work with Geminis, unfortunately. I checked their card text.
