Yes. I don't think Fusions were ever run so consistently that siding De-Fusion ever mattered, not to mention you could end up running some pretty heavy OTK rushes with De-Synchro and Urgent Tuning, the same way De-Fusion and Super Polymerization go. Synchros are so easy to run and everyone does it, that making this a Quick-Play would have been absurdly powerful.
