Once per turn you can activate this effect by declaring a Card Type (Monster, Spell or Trap). Your opponent can negate this effect by discarding 1 card from their hand. If not, both player's sent 1 card of the declared Type from their Decks to the Graveyard. Effect Unconfirmed It can Run over Stardust....=o Also New Eria has a similar effect to Ritua Chain...XD Oh and New Ritual is interesting at least
Toffee.
Seeing as how Rituras tend to recycle there own deck, a deck-destruction card is just mean xD Still, for a level 6, its actually not that bad O,o
Zkaiser
I'm calling Trap card each time. Then Spell. Never monster. Actually that's a lie. I would call monster if there was something that I needed there. This card is awesome for dumping the rituals to the grave.

Toffee.
....Is there a BKSS on this, saying if neither player has a card of type [X], then the effect just does nothing?
That's how Shallow Grave works, but that's because you can actually look and see your opponent's Graveyard. And either way, if your opponent didn't have the card of the declared Type, you would get to look at their deck, which would be funny.

Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
I'm not sure on the ruling, but even if it were true, the milling effect is extremely slow, and you would expect that he would be destroyed before he inflicted too much damage anyways. Plus, your opponent would likely drop Trap Stun or Royal Decree, seeing as you have no Traps.

evilfusion
It would most likely follow Vampire Lord's ruling. If they dont have the card type you declared, you see their deck and nothing more. It wont hinder your mill.
