Aqua/Ritual/Effect
ATK:2600/DEF:2100
Effect:This card can only be Ritual Summoned with a "Ritua" Ritual Spell Card. Once per turn you can activate this effect by declaring a Card Type (Monster, Spell or Trap). Your opponent can negate this effect by discarding 1 card from their hand. If not, both player's sent 1 card of the declared Type from their Decks to the Graveyard. Effect Unconfirmed

It can Run over Stardust....=o

Also New Eria has a similar effect to Ritua Chain...XD
Oh and New Ritual is interesting at least

I'm calling Trap card each time. Then Spell. Never monster.

Actually that's a lie. I would call monster if there was something that I needed there.

This card is awesome for dumping the rituals to the grave.

Spell-Monsters-Trap...

Use it for milling Ritua's Spell to use preparation for rituals
or dump anyss and summon it with Beast
Or chosee trap wjen you know there won't be anymore you'll need and try to see if you opponent discards...XD

....Is there a BKSS on this, saying if neither player has a card of type [X], then the effect just does nothing?

That's how Shallow Grave works, but that's because you can actually look and see your opponent's Graveyard. And either way, if your opponent didn't have the card of the declared Type, you would get to look at their deck, which would be funny.

So... if you included no Traps in your deck, the opponent would get to see your deck, but you could just keep removing traps from the opponent's deck

I'm not sure on the ruling, but even if it were true, the milling effect is extremely slow, and you would expect that he would be destroyed before he inflicted too much damage anyways.

ITT: The ability to send a card directly from the deck to the Graveyard is "slow".

EDIT:
People now auto-win agenst Rituas:
