The cards seem overpowered in a way, but that really depends on the pacing of Genex decks. I've never gone up against one, or watched one being played, so I can't say much.
Effectivly I wanted to give more options, then the standard Birdman + Caius.
The would also let you use Thestalos, Mobius, Granmarg, etc
Overall, they look good, and I like their effects. Mostly original, and not bland.

I kinda designed these to be a bit Monarch like

Eh. They're all quite decent, except Supersonic R-Genex, which is... quite overpowered actually.
Why? Because it bypasses Stardlight Road?
but I'd pick better names for Eruption and Supersonic.
The names have to be along the lines of 'Locomotion'.
Though Locomotion's origional name, R-Genex Kurokishian, which translates to "Real Genex Black Engine"(its sounds badass), so I would have to come up with names along those lines.
.........
And "Green Aero" sounds cheesy. Same with "Red Inferno"
>_>

I see a +3 for a turn that's even more versatile than Trishula or Mist Wurm which bypasses destruction immunity, and all you see is a way to bypass SLR? =S

I'm sure you could find something better without ruining the naming scheme.

Trish and Mist also bypass destruction immunity.
Trish and Mist use 2 non-Tuner, this use 1 non-Tuner of a specific attribute, as well as limiting it to target 1 less thing. Therefor, its on the same level as Trish and Mist.
The "both players draw 1" effect is a +0, ergo, doesn't count.
In short, Supersonic is the same as Mist and Trish.

Mist Wurm sends 3 cards on the field back to their owner's hand. It can get rid of up to 3 zones on your opponent's field. If your opponent has less, it does not fully perform. And they are not utterly lost, which makes it most suitable for OTKs.

Trishula gets rid of 1 card in the hand, graveyard and field. It's more versatile than Mist Wurm because it promotes overall advantage, but you don't clear their field as easily.

Your Supersonic not only gets rid of 2 cards on the field completely, also making it ideal for pushing OTKs, but it provides you with a new card, that could more than likely also be used to push. Also even if you accept your opponent having 3 cards you need to get rid of on a consistent basis out, he generally won't have more than 4, which makes this card a much better target for De-Synchro like the other 2 since you keep hand advantage. And your opponent also drawing won't really matter, since you'll be pushing for OTK.

Difficulty in summoning does not matter, in a dedicated deck this is as easy to bring out as either of the aforementioned, and just thinking of the fact that you'll probably have used Raiza with this, essentially translating the whole process into: return a card to your opponent's hand, send 2 cards to the Graveyard, and draw 1 card, it's very very powerful.

The drawing part should happen during the End Phase, fix that and it's fine, otherwise too OTK-friendly. And don't bring up using Tuningwares for Trishula or Mist Wurm and De-Synchro - that requires quite more setup than bringing this out.

Because everyone loves Raiza xD
Oh, and I edited Supersonic's effect to seem a little more ridiculous when combined with the "perfect" Synchro material monster.

How is it a +2 if you use several resources to summon your guy.
I don't get it either. I only changed the effect just to make him "happy".
Also I thought the point of R-Genex was to tutor cards.
These are synchros that are similar to Locomotion, that would use a repsective Monarch to summon.
Seriously... Locomotion, Birdman, and Caius are a hilarious set.
Also Trishula is better than Super Sonic by far.
The old version of Supersonic was where after it sends 2 cards, both players draw 1.
