An Equip Spell Card is usually destroyed by a card effect or when the monster it was equipped to is removed from the field or flipped face-down. Because it is an Optional Trigger, You would not be able to activate Vairon Element during the Damage Step, but outside of that, I can't see any issues with it. One increases the ATK by 600, second one gives Piercing So it misses the timing with Tributing, synching and being destroyed by battle.
