I have been inactive in the 1 on 1 forum for a time so i made another one.

 

Rules:

-All YCM rules apply.

-Only a 3 stars or higher member can challenge me.

 

Cards Requirements:

-It must have a lore.

-No joke cards.

-My opponent will choose card critereas, if i don't like it, then choose other.

 

To Win:

-First to 4 votes wins.

 

FOR VOTERS:

You must give a valid reason to vote, you cannot vote based on the picture, name, etc.

When this card is Normal or Special Summoned, you can remove from play 2 cards on the field. During your opponent's next End Phase, return the removed cards to the owner's hands. This card cannot attack during the turn it is Normal or Special Summoned.

When this card is Normal or Special Summoned, you can select up to 2 cards on your opponent's side of the field to inflict damage to your opponent's Life Points equal to the total ATK of the selected monsters. Then your opponent adds 1 card from his/her Graveyard for each amount of 1000 points of damage your opponent received. During the turn it is Normal or Special Summoned, this card cannot attack.

Criteria: Design 3 monsters that makes Guardians better.

You mean a 3 support cards for the Guardians Archetype? If it is, then no thanks, i don't like the Guardians archetype.

Design a "second generation" monarch (like kuraz or delg, except for the other elements) that interacts with two cards (like the aforementioned monarchs) and can't attack once it uses it's effect.

Actually the opponent takes damage equal to the combined ATK of the selected monsters and the opponent add 1 card from the graveyarrd to their card for each 1000 points of damage taken.

It's just more useful, it's essentially a beter Caius. Plus the pic and OCG are better

ze super cat imo has a better Monarch. The other is too long winded and not very identical to Monarchs.
