Pick up 4 cards from the top of your Deck and Special Summon to your side of the field all Level 3 or lower Normal Monsters among the picked-up cards. Return all the other picked-up cards to your Deck and the Deck is then shuffled. Various casual decks can play this card effectively. Discuss. P.S. With 2 of them you already have the chance of having 5 lv 2 or lower Aqua WATER monsters, like Frog the Jam, Psychic Kappa, Turu-Purun or some others available just in Japan.
