.Frostpaw
So I'm home alone for a few hours, and am wondering how I could open presents early without anyone knowing. Help? Inb4openingpresentsearlyissoimmature I just have to know if I'm getting an iPhone 4G. I saw a sprint blackberry box, but my family has a habit of using random boxes to wrap gifts in. Catman25
BUT YOU'LL RUIN THE SURPRISE. Really, just wait. It's only a couple weeks from now. =/
JG.
Srsly, you have a mental illness if you really can't wait.
.Frostpaw
My good sir, I do not have a mental illness. If I know Im getting an iPhone 4, I can go ahead and buy an iTunes card.
Catman25
Wouldn't your parents be suspicious if they saw you getting iTunes gift cards?
Lonk
Just wait. I still remember when I was like 6 or 7 when I literally poked holes in my presents just to see what they were.
I have the iPod classic and iTouch 3G, so they'd just think the cards were for those.
Clair
Aw, what's the fun in opening presents before the holidays? D: Personally, I think you could wait, and if you don't get a shiny new iPod, oh well. You have two others. ;D
Floyd.
Your name is now officially 'Major Buzzkill' seriously, just wait? It's not all that long and if your parents found out you did it you would be in huge trouble, probably because they went to all that effort and you've just gone and ruined a tradition that a storm of people do every year. gαтє¢яαѕнєя
If you're not going to get the iPhone until Christmas either way, wouldn't it be more fun and more of a surprise to just wait? You wouldn't be able to use the iTunes card until you got the phone, anyway.
Cin
Seriously learn to wait. I know a few of my presents already because I'm usually asked what I want, I do still get surprises, but I'm not tempted to go find out what they are. Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
This is the definition of Americanism. Not only can you not wait to receive a gift, but it's an extremely expensive and overly complicated device that you could easily replace with an item of 10 times lower cost. Legend Zero
This is the definition of Americanism.
The iPhone sales around the world so your "overly complicated device" point is just wrong. And I'm pretty sure kids around the world would want a peek at what they got early so this has really nothing to do with Americanism.
