Let's discuss Super Conductor Tyranno

Recommended Posts

Personally, I think the best thing about the Dino Structure deck was it was later packed with FGD.

The card is nice in terms of its high ATK and lack of nomi-ness. Black Ptera is probably the best thing to use its effect with, but the fact it can't attack afterwards is a pain that makes it rarely worthwhile unless you're packing more Burn effects.

I thought the rule of 3000 was only for Normal monsters.

I thought it applys to all monsters that do not have a particularly negative effect for just bringing it out and attacking.

That's probably true...although Arcana Force XXI- the World also breaks it, since neither of its effects hinder its ability to attack well.

But World's tails effect is massively beneficial to the Opponent
(well.. depending on whatever card it is)

Fix'd.

I think the Rule of 3000 states that any monster that can be Normal Summoned shouldn't have over 3000 ATK or DEF unless they have a negative effect and/or summoning conditions. Since this card's effect is optional, it isn't a negative effect, so this card breaks the 3000 rule.

Being Level 8 gives it Trade-In, being LIGHT gives it Honest, and being a Dinosaur gives it a few resurrection options and a few ways of otherwise summoning it easier. It has quite a good amount of support and high ATK, but the effect isn't really worth it, so it's basically just a beatstick with a little trick that can win the game.
Also, it only has 1400 DEF, which is bad if the opponent uses Book of Moon or Enemy Controller.

Yeah, the Rule of 3000 is that a monster with over 3000 ATK either has a drawback (Ultimate Obedient Fiend) or summoning conditions (Destiny Hero - Dogma). I forgot about The World as another monster that breaks the rule, although it doesn't do so as much as this by virtue of the fact that it's an Arcana Force.

ITT: It takes mad skillz to get a high-level monster out on the first turn, rather than drawing the right cards.
