I expected something involving Genesis of the Mechanical Emperors, but as a promo it's probably going to be a "single". If I were to hazard a guess:

 

Machine Divine Emperor Machinecle Infinity Cubic (LIGHT)

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except from your hand when a "Machine Emperor" monster you control is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard. Once per turn, you can equip 1 Synchro Monster your opponent control to this card. This card gains ATK equal to its ATK. When this card would be destroyed, you can remove from play 1 "Machine Emperor" monster from your Graveyard instead. During your End Phase, you can send 1 monster equipped by this card's effect to the Graveyard to inflict damage to your opponent equal to its ATK.
