I completely agree with you.

I might use a Earthbound Immoral Uru theme, but I dunno...... probably best to look at what I have before I decide.

If you plan on using the deck as is, I'd take out the following FOR SURE, due to their not sticking to any theme within this deck, or being just plain unusable. The deck obviously needs a theme, and therefore additional cards to remove, but this is just a basic rundown of what should definitely not stay. Bolded cards should not be used, even in their own decks.

Hey, thanks for showing me. I would NEVER had guessed to consider taking them out. :/

I REALLY do want to have a theme, but I can't get a complete one. I get like 3/4 of the monsters warriors, and the rest are at random. The only reason is that I don't have a good asortment of cards to choose from. If I do want a theme it will be 2 or 3 mushed together.

i thought ebi's are limited cards meaning you can have only one of those and sephiroth is fissure limited to where you can only use one fissure in a deck this is a question i need to know next time i duel a student at school

Dimensional Fissure isn't limited. It's unlimited.

You don't have to have a deck made completely with a theme, just a common goal. You can run Reinforcement of the Army with only about 10 Warriors in your deck. However, you should have a reason for running those Warrior monsters. The rest of your cards should be based around the theme of those monster's effects (if that's the deck you're planning on making). For instance, if you're using Mataza the Zapper, you would probably make a Warrior Equip deck. If you're using The Immortal Bushi, you would have to have all Warriors, but you could make a Solidarity deck.

Unless you have cards that can only work with specific cards in your deck, it's okay to delineate from the "theme" in favor of cards which support your "goal". Heck, some decks have cards that have nothing to do with each other but their effects. In fact, that's how a LOT of decks are.
