It's like Forbidden Chalice, but with a LOT more freedom, if you know how to use it.

I think it would be better to say "Negate the equipped card's effect and effect[/card] rules", or something of that effect, to keep it from breaking the 4th wall so much, and make it less bulky text-wise. Could be interesting... I am not exactly sure what you could use it on though, to be honest.

For starters, Scrap Chimera and Koa'ki Meirus. The effects that aren't effects are either Summon Conditions or Maintenance Costs, and are thus negated with this card. And really, the definition you offer makes it seem slightly more confusing (as if the cards this best works with weren't already. Maintenance Costs aren't effects? Really?) Admittedly, mine is more...meta, but it is also simpler.
