[center][img]http://images3.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20101212193948/yugioh/images/a/a0/Tech_genus_hyper_librarian.jpg[/img] Tech Genus Hyper Librarian DARK/5/Spellcaster-Effect 1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner Monsters Draw 1 card when either player Successfully Synchro Summons. 2400/1800 [/center] Depending on it's ATK this card is awesome. Hopefully it retains the rest of the Tech Genus effects. (Also treated as a Machine-Type, Add 1 Tech Genus Monster to hand when destroyed.) [s]The summoning requirements will probably require a Tech Genus non-Tuner which makes it less cool. Hopefully it asks for a Machine-Type non-Tuner.[/s] Alright so it's generic and you draw when EITHER Player synchros! That is one of my new staples. Anyway, I don't think that this card will be indicative of the Tech Genus cards in EXTV since it comes out WAY before they do, so of course it would support the archetype. And I bet that the ATK stat will most likely be in the 2000-2200 range, or at worst, 1800-1900. It'd be even lulzier if it can get around Bottomless Trap Hole, which in my opinion, it most likely won't being a Level 5 Synchro. Also, I would really like it if it does have that Tech Genus effect, it pretty much can be staple. Unless like you said, Konami screws around with it's Synchro Material Requirements.
