Taking a turn to activate an effect that reduces ATK to 0 is extremely slow, and by the time it does go off it would be too late (unless the other person is an idiot). Basically the only use I can see for him is as a wall or for extra ATK. That's what I was saying. The main reason why everyone is probably so happy about it is only because of its name. Actually, Crow showed some episodes ago that you can remove the counters during the Battle Phase and attack with any other monster. Either that or Crow cheated.
