wiithepeople
The only reason I see this card as useful is if u get two of these out at once. Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
Why did they simplify this card's name, but not Wattwoodpecker's? Wattpecker would sound a lot better. This card is pretty much for protection when swarming, I guess. Not much use seeing as a lot of cards don't target.
No s***, Sherlock. In Watt decks it's called the Hopperlock and can only be broken by a field wipe, Creature Swap or something of the like. It's actually quite potent. Master of Nothing
Ok, first. Wolf In Sheep's Clothing. Set it, with no monsters, and a Hopper in your hand. You're opponent attacks. You activate, take the damage of the attack, and get a free wattlock. I always use 3 Watthopper in my deck, 2 WISC, and 2 Dragonfly + 1 Angel for the other lights. Always use 3. 2 is not enough. Running 2 won't work. 3 is efficient because you can have a better chance of drawing one, and haveing a Wattfly, Angel, or some other way to get it out. Also, Wattlock + Starlight in backrow is unbeatable combo. And One for One is a waste with hopper. Any sane person running Watts doesn't use One for One. The costs outweigh the benifits. The Wattlock in todays format is really easy to get rid of. The best ways are using like SORL, and MOP to stall to get it out.
This card is pretty much for protection when swarming, I guess. Not much use seeing as a lot of cards don't target.
There are a lot of cards that target. D-Prison, Sakaretsu, Book of Moon, Scrap Dragon, Scrap Twin Dragon, GB War Chariot, Infernity Barrier/Break, Brionac, Magic Cylinder, BW Gale the Whirlwind. It is totally worth getting out. You use it as protection against opponents cards. And you have a backrow of Starlight's, and Bribes for Mass Destruction effects.

Bringerofcake
I just used this against my friend's Naturias. It worked so well I actually was stuck with 5 monsters (I played Kiwi...) and had to out of play my Kiwi with Pheasant. He had Beast and Bambooshoot out. I lol'd. Master of Nothing
See, here, everyone hates me because I run Watt's so well. I usually get Top 8 at my locals. And thats because I am missing good cards like PoD, and 3 T-Kings, Solemn Jugment/Warning, etc.
The cost for One for One is basically free since any good Watt deck runs Recycling Batteries. I'd rather not take the chance of letting my opponent MST my set backfield and proceed to get ran over.
