How many Fairy Structure Decks have there been? The way you say it, it's like there's a substantial enough number to be able to base a pattern upon.

I would compare Treasure of Heaven more to a Cards for Black Feathers. It certainly does make the deck more consistent, especially considering you don't NEED a Special Summon OR a Battle Phase every turn. You just have to play it when you think "What do I need to Special Summon this turn? Nothing. Opponent has 2 Set Monsters that are probably a Darksoul and a Hamster. Do I need to attack this turn? No." Or something along those lines. It is a good card, if you don't use it recklessly. Divine Punishment is Infernity Barrier, only not for Infernities. Nuff said.
