I have a feeling you could completly BS someone with this.

You activate this, they jump the gun and flip Starlight, you remind them that it says "any 2 Spell/Traps on the field, and that you havent selected your targets with Chain Whirlwind yet".

So you target there other face-down, and 1 other card you control(?)

Seeing as you now know they have Starlight.

......

Honestly, forget that above situation. It couldnt possibly happen.

EDIT: The wiki doesnt say anything about this card being un-able to target itself as one of the destroyable spell/traps.

HURR HURR HURR

It's damn hard to find a room for it in a scrap deck.

Replace your copies of Space Typhoon?

lolno

I couldn't neg anything for it, so I just added 2 and now the deck is 42 -_- I'm still trying to take out 2 cards

41 or 42 is still fine.

45 is just a bit much.

More or less, it depends on how fast your deck is.

Cards that do not remain on the field after activation cannot target themselves and do not affect themselves. Giant Trunade doesn't return to the hand, MST can't target itself, Double Cyclone can't choose itself. It doesn't have to have a specific ruling, it's a game mechanic.

Ultimately, this works best in Scraps because otherwise it's too dead and situational.

But just like Double Cyclone, you can use a 2nd copy of this for hilariousness.

Scraps need protection to fully control the play. With Decree there is no protection, except for BoM

Decree does that, genius

It negates Torrentail/Mirror/Warning/Judgment/Bottomless and other stuff that can screw you.

i sound like a retard with these stupid posts -_-

fix'd
