Dark Magic Curtain but for E-Heroes and does not restrict summon. You can get out Neos Alius or a AB-0 Material.

Useful, can seek out Stratos, which can search out almost anything without using your Summon, but half your LP is a pretty steep cost, and can only be used when you have no monsters.

Has some potential, but E-Emergency Call may still trump this on the principle that it doesn't cost half your LP.

Basically what everyone else said, except in a more option-based E-Hero deck there are ton of other potential targets, depending on the situation.

Did the Life Point cost really had to be half your Life Points? I could have understand perhaps 1000-2000. Anyways, pretty much what everyone else has said, it has some uses, with the large variety of Elemental Heroes out there, it can help you in possibly any situation. And perhaps if it were a Quick-Play, it could've been slightly more better as well. Not saying it's terrible or anything.

They nerf cards too much. This should pull any lvl 4 or lower HERO with that steep of a price.

Brown / Black Hair, Ragged Blue Clothing, Actual Brown-Like Skin, and nobody cares about light effects. I kid, I kid.

card is great
bigger chance of opening with Stratos (not that important now)
instant gyzarus with prisma
or just a big stick for some aggro
the cost means that you will always have enough lifepoints

The only problem is that it clashes with warning so little city won't really like it and glads will have to do some tweaking before they can use it.

let's hope that we never see something like teledad/ddt/dhz because this will take it to a whole new level of brokenness

Would be awesome if the life point cost wasn't so steep. Prisma and Stratos seem to be the only really viable targets to create good plays. Still pretty good.

I think that useful but may put the one who plays it in trouble.
If you play this is like Dark Magic Courtain. It brings you a monster but your life points go down.
Imagine going from 8000 to 4000 in 1 card. It is not balanced (in my opinion).
