DARKPLANT RISING
I suppose this goes here, because otherwise I can't think of anywhere else. Basically, in Japan, some people do "One Deck Duels". Its rules are as follows: 1. Both players use a singular deck. 2. The deck can use banned cards as long as the deck can't become a boring OTK. (For instance, Chaos Emperor Dragon itself can be put in, but Yata can't be. The thing here differs a bit between people, but as a rule you can't make the deck so it can OTK or stuff.) 3. The deck must only use old/hilarious cards. It must have sleeves, but you can use special cards. Look! (Examples- Spear Dragon, La Jinn, Battle Ox, Raigeki, Jirai Gumo, PROFESSSOR OAK, BRONZE-ARM TRIBE) However, you must clearly state how the effects are going to be translated into YGO before using them. 4. We do rock-paper-scissors, but that doesn't matter, as whoever says "I'll start" or "My turn" first after that is automatically declared the player who can have his turn first, Anime-style. Did we really have to RPS? No, we didn't have to. Exactly, that's the point here. 5. When you attack, you must say the name/features of the attack. It CANNOT be named in a cool fashion unless it's from the manga/anime. (Example-Winged Dragon, Guardian of the Fortress 1 - "A sweeping dive out of the blue" is ok. But "Blazing Lapis Lazuli Flame Burst" is NG.) 6. Depending on the deck you can add features you must follow. For instance, in my friend's One Deck Duel Deck, you must say "Ah, a great card" when you draw a part of Exodia. Also, if you use Graceful Charity you cannot discard Exodia parts or Ojama monsters, and you must leave it, and if you use Professor Oak you cannot discard the monsters mentioned right above. (NOTE: He has only 3 parts in his deck.) 7. You can use cards made on YCM as long as they are underpowered. (My first card ever, "Po, Lord of Searing Flames", was given as a present to my friend upon the creation of the One Deck Duel Deck so it can be put in. Etc. Basically, it's hilarious. Try it. You could get many good laughes. Discuss on that, and other fun rules your school has.
Sephiroth_The_Legend
or you could just translate normal yugioh cards and overly exaggerate when anything happens. i was playing a friend and he did 300 LP damage to me and i flipped the table (we were only playing with sneek peek cards so nothing was damaged )

"Mystic Tomato, attack directly! 1400 POINTS OF DEVASTATING DAMAGE!!!" "GAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!" But this thing also teleports you to the good old times...
