Konami is too ignorant to make such changes as getting rid of F.G.D. and this to put them back to 3. They base their Ban Lists off of what is topping and how they can make the game more balanced. And who decided to make a Graveyard Fusion card that works with DARK Machines? And who decided to release them in the same pack PLUS add Future Fusion? Clearly, the OTK combo was VERY VERY intentional, and was even featured as an OTK on the anime. And now that Overload Fusion exists, DARK Machine Fusions aren't made any good.
