[font="Verdana"][b]Cold Enchanter would abuse the heck out of this card you would just keep on discarding this card put the Ice counter on itself repeat until you have enough ATK to beat your opponent. It would be lulzy to use this combo.

Snipe Hunter would be more effective as you would keep discarding this card and roll until you destroy the opponents field.

This card will work out extremely well in decks that contain a lot of 'discard 1 card' effects such as Lightning Vortex, Divine Wrath etc but it all relies to much on this one for it all to compete against the top tier decks.

I think it's balanced due to the fact it can't be used as well in most common decks such as Blackwing, Infernities, X-Sabers. And that even in it's own discard deck it won't be as good against top decks mainly because it relies too much on this card. [/b][/font]

:3 Yep yep! I was going to make it a tuner but figured that would break it since it's effect could be easily abused. Actually this could be used in Quickdraw Dandy.

Nice I really like this card. At first I was looking at the effect as if your opponent would make you discard it but then I saw its real potential and thought it was amazing. If I had this card I would build a Deck just for this card to fit into it.

Not extremely overpowered if used correctly. I know several Spell and Trap Cards that would go great with this card.

This card is broken and should be banned. It is just Sinister Serpant with a small backdrop. Still ban worthy :/. To fix it, make it a once per duel thing.

It's very similar to Sinister Serpent, but MUCH better. So, for me, it's OP'd. It's instantly added to your hand after discarded, while the serpent is only during the SP. And Sinister Serpent is currently banned.

There could be some sort of cost, or something.

But I'd LOL if a card like this one existed:

Spell Card/Continuous
By discarding 1 card, inflict 200 Damage to your opponent.

That's basically what it is, and Sinister Serpent's being do abusable is why it is banned. I could see this being Limited, because it'd make Lightning Vortex costless, for example.

Also, this card would have been so, so, sooo useful for Herald of Perfection decks, were it a Fairy. That would've put this straight on the ban list.
